Vel is an accomplished property manager with close to two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She joins the friendly team of real estate professionals at Ray White Rowville as Senior Property Manager.

Vel's passion for property management began early on in her career, where she honed her skills in leasing, marketing, and managing properties across a diverse range of portfolios. Her experience includes managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as dealing with strata and community title management.

Vel is known for her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. She is highly regarded by both her clients and colleagues for her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to achieving positive outcomes.

In her role at Ray White Rowville, Vel oversees the day to day running of a portfolio of properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the properties under her care.
