It’s an ideal time to review your plans!

For many of us living in this area, the dawn of a new financial year is the ideal time to review our plans for our family and our finances, and to make sure we are on track to achieve these aims. With this in mind, we thought we would update you on how the property market is travelling and what the outlook is like for the remainder of 2013.

It is clear the Melbourne property market has come through the global financial crisis in very good shape. The general consensus across the industry seems to be that we are now in an evenly balanced market where both buyers and sellers can approach a sale with confidence as to what the final price range is likely to be.
