Rowville’s First Investor Night

On Thursday 13th June, 2013 Ray White Rowville held their first Investor Information Evening. The night was a considerable success, with some great leads generated for both Samantha Lewis and the sales team. Guests were invited to the event via word of mouth, facebook & website notifications, direct mail/ email and OFI’s.

Guest Speakers included Property Manager Samantha Lewis & Director Andrew Freeman from Ray White Rowville , Josh Bartlett from Loan Market, Blake Russell from BMT Tax Depreciation and Dora Porcaro from Emerald Conveyancing.

Topics covered were the benefits of using a professional agency, importance of Landlord Insurance, finding the right loan/broker, structuring your financial investment, making the most of depreciation and tax advantages and the role consumer affairs can have for landlords. The information session was followed by light refreshments and pizza’s and a chance to mingle and speak directly with each guest speaker. All investors who attended received a complimentary gift bag as a thank you which included business cards and property management information, as well as a range of goodies.
